Extended warranty service

TSTI extended warranty service aims at providing extended warranty service in addition to hardware basic standard service. Extended warranty can be upgraded to the service included in the original maker warranty, optional Service Level Agreement can be selected to match your IT equipment maintenance requirements.

Time is money, when the equipment is on halt, followed with production efficacy lowered, revenue business opportunity run off, and customer satisfaction lowered. And TSTI provided custom made service of hardware and on customer site over warranty product service, can match with required repair response time, so that unexpected hardware malfunction could be repaired rapidly, such that down time damage could be lowered to minimum, and production efficacy increased.
