1. Corporate Governance (G) Highlights

These achievements directly map to the report's focus on Ethical Governance and Risk Management:

  • Governance Rankings & Transparency: tsti achieved a top 6% to 20% ranking in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation for TPEx-listed companies, published 40 material announcements, and conducted two investor conferences in 2025.
  • Climate & Regulatory Alignment: tsti convened four Sustainable Development Promotion Team meetings, formed a cross-departmental IFRS project team to address the FSC's Sustainable Development Roadmap, and proactively promoted climate-related risk identification.
  • Information Security & Supply Chain: tsti introduced and passed third-party verification for ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (PIMS), renewed its certifications for ISO/IEC 20000:2018 (SMS) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (ISMS), and completed ESG self-assessments for 30 procurement suppliers (with on-site audits for 5).
  • Accolades: The company's efforts earned consecutive TCSA Platinum Awards for Sustainability Reporting, the BSI Digital Trust Excellence Award, and the CSEA Best Service Innovation Enterprise Award.

2. Environmental Sustainability (E) Highlights

These milestones correspond to the Environmental Sustainability and climate change chapters:

  • Carbon & Energy Management: tsti completed and passed third-party verification for its ISO 14064-1:2018 greenhouse gas inventory and internal audits.
  • Green Procurement: The company spent NT$ 3,308,279 on green procurement, exceeding expectations with a 165.41% execution rate and earning a Letter of Appreciation from the Taipei City Government.
  • Ecology & Value Chain: tsti incorporated ESG communications into its supplier evaluations, hosted the "Discovering the Beauty of Wetlands" seminar, and carried out Tamsui River stream-cleaning activities. It also participated in "Earth Hour" and Earth Day initiatives.
  • 2026 Targets: Main objectives include disclosing verified GHG inventory results, reaching NT$ 3 million in green procurement, replacing office equipment with low-carbon alternatives, and driving innovative green technological solutions.

3. Social Co-Prosperity (S) Highlights

These achievements represent the practical execution of tsti’s Healthy & Happy Workplace and Social Co-Prosperity strategies:

  • Workplace Well-being & Safety: tsti successfully passed its periodic surveillance audit for ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety) and published a "Statement on the Prevention of Unlawful Infringement in the Workplace". It was recognized by the Ministry of Labor as a "TOP 10% Outstanding Enterprise" in OHS disclosure.
  • Talent Compensation & Education: Full-time non-managerial employees saw an 8.92% growth in average annual salary and a 10.81% growth in median annual salary. tsti completed 413 training courses spanning DEI, compliance, and information security, accumulating 17,737 total training hours.
  • Health & Community Engagement: The company spent approximately NT$ 5.51 million on employee health initiatives, launched a new fitness program, and received the Ministry of Sports' corporate physical education instructor recognition. Additionally, tsti maintained long-term sponsorships for rural education through World Vision Taiwan and the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF).
  • 2026 Targets: Key goals are to optimize work-life balance and mental health programs, implement the ISO 45001:2018 OHS management system, and foster employee awareness of technology for social good and digital solutions.
