1. Supply Chain Engagement: Building a Sustainable Value Chain
tsti proactively integrates ESG criteria into its supplier management, establishing clear guidelines for environmental protection, human rights, and corporate integrity:
100% Sustainability Commitment: In 2025, tsti introduced 125 new vendors, and 100% completed the signing of the updated "Supplier Sustainability Commitment". This comprehensive document integrates international standards on labor rights, occupational health, and carbon transformation.
Supplier Policy Revisions: The company updated its Annual Supplier Corporate Sustainability Promotion Policy in 2025 to explicitly enforce compliance regarding Information Security Management and Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals.
ESG Audits & Evaluations: tsti completed written ESG self-assessment forms for 30 annual procurement suppliers and executed intensive on-site audits for 5 key suppliers (spanning software development, agency distribution, and professional services) to monitor field implementation of the UN SDGs.
Supplier Performance Tiers: Through semi-annual evaluations using the Supplier Evaluation Form, tsti assessed 32 suppliers in 2025. 30 suppliers achieved Class A (Excellent), and 2 achieved Class B (Meets Standards).

AI-Driven O2C Platform: The O2C (OneService Operation Center) utilizes unified dashboards to track service cases and dispatch personnel in real time. Integrations with the LINE messaging app and tsti’s proprietary intelligent chatbot, ibo.ai (along with ibo.helpdesk), allow clients to request repairs and track progress instantly.
Proactive Grievance Mitigation: In 2025, tsti handled 12 customer grievances with a 100% customer care coverage rate (utilizing executive telephone interviews or on-site visits) and achieved a 91% case resolution & improvement completion rate Key improvements optimized daily operational discipline, personnel soft skills, and cloud review standards.
Escalating ESG Response Rates: Reflecting deep trust from clients, tsti responded to 92 external ESG questionnaires, audits, and engagement requests in 2025 (a massive 170% growth from 34 cases in 2023). Additionally, the company satisfied 28 external cybersecurity audit requests.
