2025 tsti ESG Report , "Sustainability Partners" represents a core pillar of Tatung System Technologies Inc.’s (tsti) business model. Guided by the philosophy of "Sustainable Partnerships," tsti positions its value chain as a collaborative ecosystem where suppliers, customers, financial institutions, and community organizations work together to drive the "Twin-Axis Transformation" (Digital and Sustainability).

Based on the cumulative details from the report, tsti's strategy and accomplishments regarding its sustainability partners are structured across four key dimensions:

1. Sustainable Supply Chain Partners (Suppliers & Vendors)

tsti actively extends its ESG expectations to its upstream partners to build a clean, resilient, and socially responsible supply chain:

  • Supplier Commitments: In 2025, tsti collaborated with 125 newly onboarded suppliers, achieveing a 100% signature rate on the "Supplier Sustainable Responsibility Commitment Letter".
  • ESG Evaluations and Audits: To monitor and elevate vendor compliance, the company revised its "Annual Supplier Corporate Sustainability Communication Policy". It conducted written ESG self-assessments for 30 active suppliers and carried out rigorous on-site audits for 5 key vendors to evaluate their environmental and labor practices.

2. Customer and Client Partnerships

tsti places client trust and service quality at the absolute center of its partnerships, supporting their digital transition while ensuring absolute privacy and security:

  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): Through enhanced communication and optimized service delivery, tsti achieved an outstanding average NPS customer satisfaction rate of 99.28 in 2025.
  • ESG & Security Transparency: The company serves as a transparent partner by responding to 92 client ESG questionnaire instances and handling 28 external stakeholder cybersecurity audit requests from customers and authorities.
  • Securing Partner Data: To safeguard confidential business exchanges, tsti deployed Foxit PDF software to securely sign, encrypt, and protect digital documents shared with clients.

3. Industry & Financial Partner Recognition

The company’s integration of sustainability into its financial and operational workflows has earned prestigious accolades from major financial partners:

  • Fubon Financial Holding: Awarded tsti the "Outstanding Supplier Sustainability Award" in recognition of its stable governance and green practices.
  • Cathay Financial Holding: Honored tsti with the "Sustainable Partner Outstanding Contribution Award" for its active support of corporate green initiatives.

4. Community, Academic, and Social Partners

tsti looks beyond commercial relationships to build long-term social and academic partnerships that foster talent and support marginalized groups:

  • Academic Talent Partnerships: The company signed campus internship MOUs with leading universities to cultivate ICT talent. In late 2025, 3 university interns successfully transitioned into full-time roles within tsti.
