In 2024, we continue to build the company into an outstanding ESG-focused happy enterprise, creating a diverse and inclusive work environment. To achieve this, we have implemented a series of innovative initiatives to enhance employee happiness and workplace satisfaction.
First, we are committed to providing a high-quality and healthy working environment. We continuously update and optimize office facilities, and empower employees to provide real-time feedback and facilitate office improvements through our self-developed company app, the General Affairs Repair Cloud. In addition, to further improve employee job satisfaction and efficiency, we will continue environmental optimization efforts across our offices in northern, central, and southern regions.
Second, to promote employee career development, we implement regular training and development assessment programs to ensure continuous learning and growth. We also offer competitive performance evaluation and compensation systems, enhancing employees’ economic security. Non-management full-time employees have seen salary growth for four consecutive years. Moreover, through new incentive programs, we encourage employees to challenge themselves and pursue breakthroughs.
Additionally, the company actively strengthens interactions with customers to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences. We continuously improve service quality by launching service management platforms and adopting collaborative office solutions to create a more professional, timely, and excellent customer experience. This not only helps improve company profitability but also allows employees to gain greater sense of achievement and satisfaction while delivering outstanding service.
We believe that through these measures, based on economic security, we can continuously elevate employees’ customer service awareness and accumulate a sense of purpose and happiness at work, thereby realizing the goal of becoming an ESG happy enterprise.
