| Reporting Scope

The 2024 ESG Report of Tatung System Technologies Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “TSTI” or “tsti”), published in 2025.

The current edition was published in August 2025. TSTI publishes this report on an annual basis and makes the electronic version available for download on the ESG section of the official website.
The disclosed data align with the scope of the Company’s consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2024 (January 1 to December 31, 2024). There were no significant changes in the organizational structure or scale during the reporting period.  For more detailed information on affiliated companies, please refer to the 2024 Annual Report, TSTI's official website, or the Market Observation Post System (MOPS).

Reporting Framework and Guidelines
• Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards.
• United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB): Sustainability standards for the Software & IT Services sector.
• Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) by the Financial Stability Board (FSB).
• Taipei Exchange (TPEx): Appendix 2 of Article 4-1 of the Guidelines Governing the Preparation and Filing of Sustainability Reports by TPEx-listed Companies—climate-related disclosures.
• Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) of Taiwan: “Sustainability Development Roadmap for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies” under the “Action Plan for Corporate Sustainability Development”.

External Assurance
• TSTI engaged BSI Group Singapore Pte. Ltd., Taiwan Branch (The British Standards Institution) to conduct third-party verification of the report content. The assurance was carried out in accordance with AA1000 Assurance Standard v3 (AA1000AS v3), using Type 1 application and Moderate Assurance level. The verification confirmed that this report aligns with the GRI Standards and the principles of accountability.
• Financial data were audited and certified by KPMG Taiwan, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and all monetary figures are presented in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
