  • Held two investor conferences (April 23, 2024, and August 27, 2024).
  • Actively strengthened corporate governance; improved Corporate Governance Evaluation ranking from the 36%–50% bracket to the 21%–35% bracket.
  • Established a cross-departmental IFRS project team in Q4 2024.
  • ncorporated sustainability information management into the internal control system (approved by the Board on December 12, 2024).
  • Incorporated sustainability topics into supplier onboarding and revised supplier management policies and procedures.
  • Collected ESG self-assessment forms from 30 suppliers and conducted on-site inspections for 4 suppliers.
  • Received multiple recognitions from manufacturers, suppliers, and customer partners, including:

  • Introduced the ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Privacy Information Management Standard in the second half of the year, with training programs conducted; certification expected by 2025.
  • Responded to 77 stakeholder requests including ESG questionnaires, due diligence, and external audits related to information security.
  • Published 42 material disclosures in 2024 (including shareholder meeting announcements).
  • Held five ESG Task Force regular meetings throughout the year.
  • Promoted identification and financial impact analysis of climate-related risks and opportunities.
  • Completed third-party verification and public disclosure of the Sustainability Report (August); report received the Platinum Award from the Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA).
  • Successfully renewed certifications for ISO/IEC 20000:2018 (IT Service Management System) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Information Security Management System).
  • Strengthen risk management across internal and external domains, including environmental and climate-related risks, information security, financial risks, and supplier-related risks.
  • Hold at least two investor conferences to enhance transparency and integrity.
  • Enhance the operational effectiveness of the sustainability governance structure (Corporate Governance Evaluation).
  • Promote cybersecurity threat detection and information privacy management mechanisms, with the addition of ISO/IEC 27701:2019 certification.

  • Passed verification for ISO 14064-1:2018 Greenhouse Gas Emissions.
  • On December 20, approved the Energy Management Policy and Waste Management Policy.
  • Conducted 9 ISO 14064-1:2018 implementation training sessions with consultancy support; a total of 13 employees were trained.
  • A total of 15 employees have obtained certifications related to greenhouse gas verification or verification officer licenses.
  • Green procurement reached NTD 3,062,746 (including tax), achieving 153% of the annual target.
  • Received an official certificate of appreciation from Taipei City Government for the 2024 "Green Procurement Promotion Program for Private Enterprises and Organizations".
  • Received NTD 114,285 in government subsidies from the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the replacement of energy-saving equipment.
  • Participated in 3 green initiatives and actions, including Earth Hour, the Earth Day Carbon Reduction Challenge, and a Sustainable Art Beach Cleanup.
  • Promoted awareness of the natural environment and biodiversity: held 2 activities, including a Family Day focused on biodiversity, and a joint beach cleanup in Keelung with customer partner HP.
  • Disclose and obtain third-party verification of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018.
  • Continue green procurement, with an annual target of NTD 2 million.
  • Sustain ongoing environmental sustainability awareness campaigns.
  • Optimize office environment by progressively replacing equipment with energy-efficient and low-carbon alternatives.
  • Promote ACE SI innovative technology solutions to support sustainability and digital transformation.
  • Participate in environmental initiatives and engage in related public welfare activities.

  • TSTI updated its Sexual Harassment Prevention, Complaint, and Disciplinary Measures on March 1, 2024.
  • In 2024, the salaries of all full-time non-supervisory employees increased by 5% compared to 2023.
  • Total health-related expenditure in 2024 amounted to approximately NTD 3.8 million.
  • Successfully passed the periodic surveillance audit for ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification.
  • Officially signed the “TALENT, in Taiwan – Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance.”
  • Awarded the 2024 Sports Enterprise Certification by the Ministry of Education’s Sports Administration; participated in the Health Magazine CHR Healthy Corporate Citizen Campaign.
  • Long-term participation and sponsorship in social welfare activities supporting disadvantaged rural education through the World Vision Taiwan and Taiwan Fund for Children and Families.
  • Sponsored the charity event “Heart Connected, Walk Together” walking activity.
  • Technology for Social Good: Winner of the 2024 Golden Toung Award, 3rd place in the Elderly Technology category, for the tiCARE Remote Care Application.
  • In 2024, a total of 386 internal and external training sessions were conducted, with 9,740 attendees and a cumulative training duration of 20,163 hours.
  • The 2024 Campus Internship Program collaborated with 2 schools, involving 4 students participating in industry-academic cooperative projects at the company.
  • Emphasize employee physical and mental health and well-being programs, promoting work-life balance by providing psychological support, subsidies for sports and recreational activities, and continuously improving the work environment and employee experience.
  • Promote Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018); conduct comprehensive organizational risk and opportunity identification with corresponding response actions.
  • Encourage employees to participate in sustainability services, solution innovation, and learning, enhancing their understanding of and engagement with ACE collaborative technologies and solutions.
  • Respond to relevant social initiatives by caring for disadvantaged groups, supporting public welfare activities, and engaging with the community.
